It was a rainy day at Moraine Lake Lodge for this wedding, but a sort of gentle, misting rain. The water was such a perfect blue as a wedding photo background, absolutely beautiful even though we could see the storm rolling in. If you’ve never been to Moraine Lake, it’s a fairly short drive up the mountain from Lake Louise. It’s such a spectacular view that it was featured on the $20 bill for many years. The water can be really low in early summer, but in late summer or fall once all of the snow in the mountains has melted? Perfect. Here are a few photos from this amazing place:
